Review
I was attracted by title in the first place. Why it titled holes? I think the author had done an excellent job on connecting Stanley's story and the onion picker's story. It is marvelous that two stories are connected tightly. Is it destiny? Or is it just coincides? Sometime it is hard to explain why things happen. It may be just the will of god. I dislike about the idea of make the kids digging holes. It just did not make any sense to me. In addition, why no one had questioned it before? It just seems not reasonable to me.
